Hi – completing the course through applied care.
Your website is very difficult to navigate or maybe our instructions are incorrect??
It says Class 2 SLIDE 1 not page? So by selecting class 2 page 1 is this correct??
What questions do i need to complete??
Is it going to take long for you to reply as this assessment is due on Wednesday or before????????????
Thanks
Thanks for your comment and feedback Stephanie
Yes! Large websites can be a bit difficult to get used to at first. And it is difficult to assess your problem completely without seeing the instructions that you received. But we can still get you to where you need to go.
I have already replied to you via email and one of our trainers should contact you today (Saturday, 13 August, 2011) and help you find what you are looking for.
And to at least try to help resolve part of your issue (and in case it helps others that read this), we recommend that instructors/trainers use a web address (or URL), rather than a description of a page when directing folks to web pages. Having a web address (which is a link directly to the page) often saves a lot of confusion because it takes you straight there with no room for interpretation.
For example, in your comment (above) you have mentioned that you were given a description “Class 2 SLIDE 1″. Without a web address this would be almost impossible to find on here or any other website. However, if you were given a web address like this – http://agedcare.train4life.com.au/cert-iii-aged-care/class-2-page-1/, you would be taken directly to the web page. I hope that helps.
Cheers

Hi Stephanie
Thanks for your comment, and I have responded directly to your email.
Stephen has given you the correct link to Class 2 page 1. Class 2 Page 1 and Class 2 Slide 1 are the same.
The task questions for the class are spread throughout the class. There is an evidence guide checklist at the end of the class to remind you of the questions you need to submit.
I hope this helps
If you have any further questions, just let me know.
Cheers
Karen
